WHAT MAKES PfS DIFFERENT FROM OTHER CHANGE MANAGEMENT TRAINING COURSES?

Planning for Success is a personalised development programme tailored to your individual needs.  You create your own development programme to suit your individual, team or organisational needs.

The development programme includes a Change Management Toolkit which provides delegates with practical tools, templates, guidance notes and case studies.  Both the programme and Toolkit have been designed and are delivered by experienced healthcare project managers.  Every delegate place on each module also includes an hour of remote post-programme support and advice from our expert PCH Projects team.

WHY SHOULD I CHOOSE PCH PROJECTS FOR MY CHANGE MANAGEMENT TRAINING?

The PCH team has many years of change management experience across the healthcare sector – spanning acute and primary care, mental health and ambulance services, working with commissioners, providers and regulators.  Our combined experience has helped successfully deliver over 100 change projects totalling in excess of £1billion.  Change management is what we do.

IS ANY PREP WORK REQUIRED BEFOREHAND?

This depends on the type of development programme that you want to create.  Only one of our modules – Change Management Health Check – requires any prep work to be completed prior to delivery.  However, to gain the best value from any module we recommend that it is tailored to your specific needs, with some prep work carried out beforehand.  We would love to work with you to create something bespoke so please contact us for a free consultation.

I DON’T HAVE ANY CHANGE MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE OR TRAINING. IS PfS SUITABLE FOR ME?
