PCH has a team of accredited PRINCE2 Practitioners and an NHS accredited Project Director. Our approach is typically ‘hands on’ approach and often becoming an integrated part of our client’s project team to support the successful delivery of project objectives and outcomes.

Project and Programme Management – our PCH team have the knowledge and skills to manage single ‘short-life’ projects or complex multi-project programmes requiring a structured programme management approach. We are also able to establish and support the operation of a Programme Management office (PMO) – including tailored dashboard reporting mechanisms.
