PCH are very pleased to be based in the historic North Mill at Belper, Derbyshire. A world heritage site, the North Mill was built in 1804 and was one of the world’s first fireproof buildings, using cast iron instead of timber for the internal structure. Today the old mill has been sympathetically converted into characterful office space and incorporates a museum and visitor centre.
PCH are pleased to be able to contribute to the sustainable use of this historic building which now serves as an employment hub for more than 100 local people.
